Every Notice, Logged

The standing rules

• One notice, every office, both parties. A single template; only the member’s own facts (name, page link, standing) are substituted. Nothing in the wording varies by party — a test fails the build if it ever does.
• What the notice contains: the member’s page link, the methodology, and the corrections process — disputes acknowledged within 3 days, resolved or status-reported within 30, every correction logged in the changelog.
• Opt-outs are permanent. One “unsubscribe” reply and an office is never contacted again.
• Follow-ups are bounded. An office that never engages may receive at most three notices in total, no more often than every two weeks — and any reply, bounce, or opt-out ends them immediately. When an office’s own auto-reply corrects a stale address, the notice is re-sent once to the corrected address, since the original never reached a person. Every send, including follow-ups, appears in the ledger below.
• Replies are acknowledged by machine, answered by humans. Every reply receives an immediate automated acknowledgment built from fixed templates — it states the process and links the published pages, and says plainly that it is automated. It never argues substance: a person reads every reply, and every substantive answer — above all to disputes, on the 3-day/30-day corrections clock — is written by a human.
• Every send lands on this page. The ledger below is append-only and published with the site itself.
